Wellness Fair

11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., Page Arena in the Falcon Center

The fair will have something for everyone: learn about healthy living strategies, discover new wellness practices, or simply enjoy a fun and informative event.

The Wellness Fair will include:

  •  Interactive Booths: Explore various booths offering information, activities, and resources on physical, mental, and emotional wellness.
  •  Freebies and Giveaways: Enjoy free samples, goodies, and giveaways from our sponsors and partners.
  • Community Connections: Connect with fellow students, campus organizations, and local businesses committed to promoting wellness.
  • Fun Activities: Engage in fun activities like fitness challenges, mindfulness exercises, and wellness knowledge competitions.

Additional Resources for Students

Student Health and Counseling Services is available for ongoing support with grief, sadness or any mental health needs. Stop in at 254 Rodli Hall or call 715-425-3884, even without an appointment.

Mantra Health Services is available 24/7 at 888-531-2142.

You@UWRF offers a great deal of personalized resources for well-being, including how to support friends in crisis.
