Register In-Person or Virtually - Your Choice!
- New Student Registration is 8:30-11:30 a.m. Plan to stay the entire time!
- Click here to view the schedule.
- During your registration day, you'll meet with an academic adviser, register for classes, take a residence hall and campus tour and have the opportunity to connect with other offices around campus.
- This is the preferred registration method to make connections with campus and meet your fellow Falcons.
- You may bring up to two guests with you to in-person New Student Registration.
- Math and English placement tests are required at least one week prior to your registration day to get a complete class schedule. Learn more at our Placement Testing page and sign up today. We need these scores to determine the best class fit for you!

- If you haven't already sent us your final official transcripts, bring a copy of all unofficial transcripts. Your adviser may need these to determine correct classes.
- A government-issued ID.
- Sign the Fee Payment Agreement before your meeting in your eSIS Student Center. View our Fee Payment Agreement guide for a tutorial on how to sign it.
- You'll have a 45 minute virtual appointment with an adviser to register for classes.
- Virtual Q&A sessions with financial aid and residence life will be offered throughout the summer! To learn more or register for a session, visit the Virtual Q&A and resource page.
- Beginning April 24 (for transfer students) and May 6 (for first year students), you can expect a message in your UWRF email inbox from your adviser (via our Navigate app) to select a specific appointment date and time.
- Select an appointment time when you have access to a computer, Chromebook or tablet in a quiet environment. Cellphones will not work for registration. If you don't have access to a laptop, Chromebook or tablet, or need any accommodations for a disability-related need for your appointment, contact us at orientation@uwrf.edu or 715-425-3500.
